The food served at Il-Barri is largely based on the traditional Mediterranean kitchen; however, with a progressive interpretation of this style without following food trends. Service is simple and unassuming, dishes uncomplicated but full of flavour and above all always fresh.
At Il-Barri we strive to support local farmers and fishermen by working with Maltese and Gozitan suppliers renowned for their high-quality produce. Our strength therefore lies in the quality of the ingredients that we source for our restaurant – from local fish and premium beef to international wines and homemade desserts.
